ITALICUS (ITALIC-US) HAS OBTAINED THE 501(C)(3) CODE FROM THE IRS
WHAT IS 501(C)(3)
American legal entities approved with the 501(c)(3) code by the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) are a type of nonprofit entities recognized in the United States of America.
These organizations are established by founders for religious, charitable, scientific, and educational purposes, or to promote activities of public interest with the aim of charitable purpose.
Their main characteristic is that they are exempt from federal income taxes (as there is no business income since they are not recognized as commercial enterprises) and can receive donations that are tax-deductible for American donors.
This status, of course, makes them an attractive option for both founders and supporters/donors.
