At The Sense Experience Resort, true luxury is made of nature and time. Overlooking the island of Montecristo and nestled in five hectares of ancient pines, this resort redefines the concept of hospitality: here, beauty and authenticity coexist thanks to a philosophy that puts people at the center, from guests to staff.

The idea stems from the vision of entrepreneur Federico Ficcanterri and his cousin Riccardo, founders of Icon Collection, a group that includes other excellent establishments like Park Hotel Marinetta and Hotel Botticelli. Their mission is clear: to combine sustainability, quality, and growth, elevating The Sense to a new standard, culminating in the transition to 5-star luxury.

At the resort, sustainability is not an addition but an integral part of the experience: from energy-saving technologies to reforestation projects like “We Plant.” Even the gastronomy follows this philosophy. The restaurant Eaté, led by chef Giuseppe Parisi, offers a sensory journey through Mediterranean aromas, local raw materials, and contemporary creativity, in an intimate setting with only 30 seats.

Waking up at The Sense means beginning an immersive journey among the sea, sand dunes, ancient trees, and unique activities like hot air balloon tours or carriage excursions. The 112 rooms, harmonized with the colors of the landscape, amplify the feeling of peace and connection with nature.
