Umbria celebrates its most precious treasure – extra virgin olive oil – with Frantoi Aperti® 2025, an event that, from October 18 to the end of November, transforms the region into a stage of taste, culture, and nature.
Among walks through olive groves, enchanting villages like Assisi, Montefalco, and Trevi, concerts among ancient trees, and shuttle tours between mills and scenic hills, every weekend is a multisensory journey. Unique experiences such as the Oil Train, where DOP oils are tasted directly on board, and the Oleocentric Dinners, themed evenings in Umbrian restaurants with menus dedicated to new oil, are not to be missed.
The event combines gastronomy, art, and landscape: with the Evo&Art Experience initiative, the excellences of Umbria are discovered through tastings and guided tours, while the #CHIAVEUMBRA project brings contemporary art to the olive-growing landscape.
Grand finale on November 16 with the third edition of the Frantoi Race, a race immersed among the olive groves and mills of the territory.
